Super Green Kale Pasta

Ingredients:
90 g Kale
40 g Spinach
1 Garlic clove
150 g Ricotta cheese
a pinch of Sea salt
150 g Short pasta
Recipe:
- Cook the pasta until al dente, following the packaging instruction. Reserve 210 ml of pasta water, drain and set aside.
- In a food processor, add the kale, spinach, garlic clove, ricotta, pasta water and salt. Blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour the kale pasta sauce into a large pan. Add the cooked pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes, until heated through. Serve and enjoy!
How to store
Store in an airtight container, in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
