Spiced And Fruity Baked Oats

We recently teamed up with The Coconut Collab to bring you their plant-based Choc Pots as a free add-on. And they’ve shared this tasty baked oats recipe that uses them as a pear-fect pairing for any apples and pears you get in your box.

Ingredients:
5 tbsp Plain flour / Oat Flour
1 tsp Maple syrup
½ tsp Baking powder
100 ml Plant based milk
1 tbsp Yoghurt
1 Apple (cubed) / Pear
½ tsp Ground cinnamon
½ tsp Sweetener of choice

Recipe:
- Preheat your oven to 180C. Mix most of the apple with the cinnamon and sweetener and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, maple syrup, baking powder, yoghurt and milk. Add the apple and cinnamon mixture and mix well.
- Add 2/3 of the mix to an oven-proof dish. Pour in the Choc Pot and cover with the rest of the apple mix
- Top with the rest of the apple and bake for about 15 minutes. Leave to cool, then enjoy.
How to store
Store in the fridge in a sealed jar or pot.
