Quick Pickled Radishes 

These pickles radishes are perfect for an added boost of flavours to any dishes like tacos, baked potatoes, salads and risottos.

Total time: 12 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

10 Radishes

60 ml Water

60 ml White wine vinegar

a pinch of Sea salt 

a pinch of Black pepper

a pinch of Chilli flakes

Recipe:

  1. Using a mandoline, cut the radishes into thin slices. Place into a clean jar.
  2. In a small saucepan, add the water, vinegar, salt, black pepper and chilli. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove the pickle liquid from the heat and pour over the radish slices, making sure to cover them all. Leave to cool completely, before sealing. Store in the fridge.
