Quick Garlic Roasted Radishes
Roasting radishes brings out their sweetness and this must-try recipe will turn anyone into a radish lover. We love them served over a creamy sauce made from yoghurt/vegan yoghurt and harissa.
Substitutes:
- No yoghurt? Try with creme fraiche or whipped feta instead.
- No harissa? Try with one of our small batch rescue curry paste.
- Vegan? Use a vegan yoghurt alternative instead.

Ingredients:
250 g Radishes
2 Garlic cloves
2 tbsp Olive oil
Salt & pepper
For serving:
4 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
1 tsp Harissa paste
5 g Parsley (chopped)
Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 200C/180c fan/6 gas mark. Cut the radishes in half and finely chop the garlic cloves.
- Place radishes and garlic into a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve with a sauce made from yoghurt and harissa. Top with fresh chopped parsley.

Store in an airtight container, in the fridge for up to 3 days.
