Persimmon Chocolate Dessert
This persimmon no-bake dessert is vegan, gluten free and only requires two ingredients: persimmons and cocoa powder. This makes the perfect dessert for busy or lazy cooks and a great way to get kids to eat more fruits. This recipe works best with ripe persimmons.

Ingredients:
3 Persimmons
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
Recipe:
- Peel and cut the persimmons into quarters.
- Add to a food processor along with the cocoa powder. Blend until smooth and creamy. Give the mixture a taste, feel free to add sugar to taste.
- Pour into 4 ramekins and place in the fridge to set for at least an hour.
- To serve invert into plates and enjoy!

Store in the fridge, for up to 3 days.
