Ingredients:
½ Red onion
½ Onion
1 Celery stick
1 Carrot
1 Garlic clove
Recipe:
- Cut your vegetables into large chunks.
- Add to a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
- Divide your sofrito into an ice cube tray. Freeze until ready to use!
How to store
Store in an ice cube tray, in the freezer for up to 2 months.
