Ingredients:

½ Red onion

½ Onion

1 Celery stick

1 Carrot

1 Garlic clove

Recipe:

  1. Cut your vegetables into large chunks.
  2. Add to a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
  3. Divide your sofrito into an ice cube tray. Freeze until ready to use!
