No-cook Sesame Carrot Salad
Use your vegetable peeler to cut thin slices of carrot and make this salad in 15 minutes only!

Ingredients:
3 Carrot
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Parsley (chopped )
Black pepper (to taste )
Recipe:
- Using a vegetable peeler, finely cut the carrot into thin slices and place in a bowl.
- Add all of the other ingredients and toss well to coat the carrot. Eat straight away or let it sit in the fridge to marinate overnight.
How to store
Store in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to 2 days.
