Kale and White Bean Hummus

A quick hummus perfect for dipping or to use as mayonnaise alternative, or pasta sauce!

Ingredients:

40 g Kale

1 Can butter beans (drained )

½ Lemon (juiced )

Salt & pepper

Recipe:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and add a splash of water if too thick.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

How to store

Store in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to 7 days. To freeze, divide the pesto into ice cube trays to create portions, and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
