Frozen Cherry Chocolate Cups
The perfect summer time treats! These frozen chocolate cups are so easy to make with only a handful of ingredients and zero baking, which is all we need on hot summer days. Pitted cherries mixed with your favourite assortment of toppings, covered in chocolate, and finished with a dusting of flaky sea salt. For the toppings try peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, coffee, jam, coconut, almonds, jam, and cinnamon; but really, the options are endless.
Substitutes:
- No coconut oil? Use olive oil instead.

Ingredients:
10 Cherries (pitted)
150 g Dark chocolate
1 tbsp Coconut oil
Flaky sea salt
For the toppings (optional):
Peanut butter
seeds and nuts of your choice
Cacao nibs
Jam
Recipe:
- Line a baking tray with reusable cupcake liners and pit the cherries. Add the cherries and topping of choice into each liners.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. Pour the melted chocolate over to mostly cover the cherries and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Freeze until completely frozen, about 2 hours. Remove from the freezer, let sit for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!

Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
