Frozen Blueberry Yoghurt Bark
A fruity and delicious sweet treat that's fun to make and takes no time at all. It requires just a handful of ingredients and can be kept frozen for up to 2 months.
Substitute:
- No blueberries? Use strawberries, acai, currants, passion fruit, pomegranates or raspberries.
- No maple syrup? Use honey instead.
- Vegan? Use vegan yoghurt instead.
- No pistachios? Try with walnuts, flaked almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or chia seeds.

Ingredients:
100 g Natural Yoghurt
2 tbsp Maple syrup (or honey)
100 g Blueberries
50 g Strawberries (chopped )
30 g Pistachios
Recipe:
- Line a baking tray, then add the yoghurt and sweetener of choice to a bowl.
- Spread the yoghurt onto the lined baking tray.
- Sprinkle over the blueberries, strawberries and pistachios.
- Place in the freezer for at least two hours, then break into chunks and enjoy!
How to store
Store in an airtight container, the freezer, for up to 2 months.
