Total time: 15 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

3 kiwis

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp caster sugar (or maple syrup)

Recipe:

  1. Peel and roughly chop the kiwis, then add to a small saucepan with the sugar and lemon juice.

  2. Mix the kiwis, sugar and lemon juice well, and over a medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Mash slightly with a fork to break up some of the kiwi pieces. If the mixture's too dry, add a splash of water.
