Easy Kiwi Compote
A quick and easy fruit compote recipe that is a great addition to porridge, toasts or chia seed pudding recipes.

Ingredients:
3 Kiwi
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Caster sugar (or maple syrup )
Recipe:
- Peel the kiwis and chop them roughly, then add to a small saucepan with the sugar and lemon juice.
- Turn the heat to medium, mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mash slightly with a fork to break up some of the kiwi pieces, and if too dry add a splash of water.
- It’s ready to use immediately, or store in the fridge in a lidded container for up to 1 week.
How to store
Store in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
