Easy Citrus Vinaigrette

Use this easy citrus vinaigrette recipe to make a delicious and healthy all-purpose salad dressing. Measure ingredients, add to a jar, shake well and store in the fridge directly in the jar.

Substitutes: 

  • No mandarins? Use clementines, satsumas or oranges instead.

Ingredients:

2 Mandarin (juiced )

tbsp red wine vinegar

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tsp whole grain mustard

1 Garlic clove (grated )

Salt & pepper

Recipe:

  1. Add all the ingredients to an upcycled jam jar.
  2. Screw the lid on and shake vigorously to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Enjoy immediately on a salad or store in the jar in the fridge for up to 7 days. Shake vigorously before each use.
