Dessert Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Incorporating vegetables into dessert with this sweet sweet potato recipe. These stuffed sweet potatoes are filled with delicious whole food toppings and ingredients, making them perfect for the new year. We love it with a drizzle of tahini, dark chocolate chips and cinnamon but you can try other toppings such as stewed apple and cinnamon with walnuts, or yoghurt, nut butter and maple syrup.

Ingredients:
2 Sweet potatoes
2 tbsp Tahini
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
Recipe:
- Use a fork to poke holes all over your sweet potatoes and place in the air fryer, no foil needed.
- Air fry at 180 for about 35-45 minutes, or until soft, depending on the size.
- Place on a plate, open the sweet potatoes and top with your favourite toppings!
