Clementine Tahini Vinaigrette
A creamy clementine tahini vinaigrette for salads that is simple to put together and healthy too.
Substitutes:
- No clementines? Use mandarins or satsumas instead. You can also use 2 oranges instead of 4 clementines.
- No apple cider vinegar? Try with white wine vinegar or red wine vinegar instead.
- No golden syrup? Use maple syrup or honey instead.

Ingredients:
4 Clementines
3 tbsp Tahini
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Golden syrup
Salt & pepper
Recipe:
- Zest the clementines directly into a food processor or blender.
- Peel the clementines and place them into the food processor along with the tahini, olive oil, vinegar and golden syrup.
- Season with a pinch of both salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
- Pour into an upcycled jam jar or airtight container and use to dress your favourite salads.

Store in an upcycled jam jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
