Ingredients:
1 cup Rolled oats
3 Oranges
3 tbsp cocoa powder
180 ml milk of choice
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tsp Peanut butter
3 tsp maple syrup

- Divide the ingredients into 3 jars, mix, set aside in the fridge overnight and serve with fresh citrus segments.
