Celery Slaw

Ingredients:
6 Celery stick
100 g Natural Yoghurt / Vegan yoghurt
2 tbsp Tahini
1 tbsp Olive oil
½ Lemon
4 tbsp Parsley (chopped )
Salt & pepper
10 Pecan nuts
Recipe:
- Finely slice the celery. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, add the yoghurt, tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine, then add the celery, parsley and pecans. Mix well and enjoy!
How to store
Store in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to 3 days.
