Celery Slaw

Ingredients:

6 Celery stick

100 g Natural Yoghurt / Vegan yoghurt

2 tbsp Tahini

1 tbsp Olive oil

½ Lemon

4 tbsp Parsley (chopped )

Salt & pepper

10 Pecan nuts

Recipe:

  1. Finely slice the celery. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, add the yoghurt, tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine, then add the celery, parsley and pecans. Mix well and enjoy!
