Ingredients:

170 g Carrot

60 g Ginger

1 Lemon

1 tsp Ground turmeric

250 ml Water

Recipe:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour your mixture into ice cube trays and place in the freezer overnight.
  3. To serve, add a cube to a mug and pour boiling water over. Stir and drink.
