Bruleed Grapefruit

Try these bruleed grapefruit segments on their own, with yoghurt or on top of a ricotta toast for a delicious savoury twist!

Ingredients:

1 Grapefruit

2 tbsp Caster sugar

Recipe:

  1. Peel and segment the grapefruit.
  2. Place the segments into a heatproof dish and top with the caster sugar.
  3. Blowtorch until the sugar has melted and is caramelised. Let cool and enjoy!
