Airfryer Beetroot Crisps
A brilliant, wholesome alternative to regular crisps.

Ingredients:
2 Beetroots
1 tsp Olive oil
a pinch of Sea salt
Recipe:
- Rinse the beetroots into cold water.
- Use a mandoline to finely slice the beetroots.
- Toss in olive oil and sea salt.
- Spread into the airfryer basket into one layer and cook at 180C for 8 minutes. If you cannot fit them all at once, work in batches.
- Let cool fully until crisped up and enjoy!
How to store
Let cool and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
