Airfryer Beetroot Crisps

A brilliant, wholesome alternative to regular crisps.

Ingredients:

2 Beetroots

1 tsp Olive oil

a pinch of Sea salt 

Recipe:

  1. Rinse the beetroots into cold water. 
  2. Use a mandoline to finely slice the beetroots. 
  3. Toss in olive oil and sea salt. 
  4. Spread into the airfryer basket into one layer and cook at 180C for 8 minutes. If you cannot fit them all at once, work in batches.
  5. Let cool fully until crisped up and enjoy!

How to store

Let cool and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
