What's in season when? A guide to UK seasonal eating

Eating with the seasons means enjoying foods as they become ready to harvest at different times of the year. At Oddbox we champion seasonal eating. Some of our deliveries come from the UK’s neighbouring countries, but we’ll only rescue seasonal produce from them and only take it if it would’ve been wasted otherwise. 

After frosty weather in May, summer is now in full bloom, which means more fruit and veg can be enjoyed straight from British fields. Month by month, here's a rundown on what food is in season when in the UK.
